Welcome to Can I Retire Calc. By accessing or using caniretirecalc.com (the "site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Educational purpose only
The calculator, guides and all other content on the site are provided for general educational and illustrative purposes only. Nothing on the site is financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting or other professional advice, and nothing creates an advisory, fiduciary or professional relationship between you and us. 2. No guarantee of accuracy or results
Calculator outputs are estimates based on the information and assumptions you enter and on simplified models. They are not predictions or guarantees. Actual investment returns, inflation, taxes, benefits and expenses will differ. We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, up to date or error-free.
3. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for your financial decisions and for how you use the site. Before acting on any information, consider your own circumstances and consult a qualified professional.
4. Acceptable use

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the site's operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise. Before starting any formal claim, you agree to contact us first and try in good faith to resolve the matter informally.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect.
